Affective Influences on Risk Decision-Making in Adolescence and Adulthood
Project Team: Rainer K. Silbereisen, Claudia M. Haase
Research has shown that affective states influence risk decision-making in adults. We hypothesize that this influence should be even stronger in adolescents as affect regulation skills are still developing at this age. Our study examines how affect influences risk decision-making in younger and older adolescents compared to adults.
